If you are hurt in an accident, it is very important in choosing an attorney that you consider the following:
1. Does the attorney have jury trial experience?
2. When settlement is made, will the clients receive a fair portion of the settlement?
3. What kind of staff or support does the attorney have?
4. What is the attorney’s reputation for getting the job done?
